I work directly with facility managers, operations directors, and business owners across DFW who need a consultant who can scope a project honestly and see it through from site walk to installation.
Fire alarm, life safety, access control, video surveillance, AV and IT integration, and the managed-service contracts that keep them running. The same scope I have specified for commercial facilities in this market since 2008.
Soy hablante nativa de español. I serve Spanish-speaking facility managers and site staff across DFW with the same depth of work I do in English; both are professional, both are everyday.
The full scope a serious facility needs, from one consultant.
Commercial fire and life safety is the anchor. Access control, technology integration, and subscription-based managed services round out the rest, without juggling four separate vendors.

Send a few details and I will walk your facility, check it against the codes a DFW inspector will, and scope exactly what it needs. No charge, no pressure, and no proposal until I understand the building.
- A real walk-through, not a phone quote
- Compliance gaps flagged before an inspector finds them
- English or Español, across the DFW metroplex
The buildings I know best.
Manufacturing along the I-35 corridor. Commercial property managers in Las Colinas, Frisco, and Legacy West. Private school campuses navigating Texas safety code. These are where I go deepest; I also serve general commercial and mixed-use facilities across the metro.
- Manufacturing & Industrial OSHA-compliant fire suppression, perimeter access control, and equipment protection for DFW manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.
- Commercial Real Estate Multi-tenant life safety systems, common-area access control, and integrated video surveillance for DFW property managers and owners.
- Private Schools & Education Campus safety programs, visitor management, and mass notification systems tailored for DFW private K-12 schools and higher education campuses.
Why I scope projects the way I do.
I started in this industry in 2008 in operations, not sales. As a Service Supervisor at Convergint Technologies, I managed a base of 350+ commercial accounts across the DFW metro, ran $650,000+ in monthly service revenue, and oversaw a team of six field technicians handling fire alarm, security, and life safety systems for facilities of every size.
In 2017, I moved into the Account Executive role, where I managed 15 strategic accounts and closed individual maintenance contracts up to $500,000, the highest profit output in that branch's 12-year history.
That nine-year run in service before sales is the reason I scope projects the way I do: needs analysis first, recommendations second, with a realistic picture of installation and ongoing service. For the complete career timeline, read the full background.
A national engineering bench behind every recommendation.
Questions facility managers ask before a first meeting

A commercial security consultant handles the full scope of a security or fire alarm engagement: needs analysis, system design, vendor coordination, project oversight, and ongoing service. The distinction from a typical sales rep is depth of involvement. I work a project from initial site walk-through through installation and post-install review, not just the contract signature. My nine years in service delivery before moving into sales is the reason I can do that credibly.

Yes. I am a native Spanish speaker, English and Spanish both at native fluency. I work with Spanish-speaking facility managers, owners, and site staff regularly across the DFW metro. This is not conversational proficiency; I was born and educated in Mexico (B.A., National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM) and have used both languages professionally throughout my career.

My primary verticals are manufacturing and industrial facilities, commercial real estate and property management, and private K-12 and higher education campuses. I also work with general commercial office environments. I do not focus on residential, single-family, or consumer security.

Fire alarm system design and installation, mass notification systems, first responder DAS and BDA, and UL-listed central station monitoring are within my scope. For specific system recommendations and project scope, I start with a site assessment. The fire alarm and life safety page covers the full technical scope and DFW compliance requirements in detail.

I cover the full DFW metroplex: Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Arlington, Irving, Garland, Denton, and surrounding North Texas cities. I am based in Frisco, TX. For large projects, I work with engineering and project teams that can cover the full metro and beyond.
